Bruce Brittain is Co-Head of NGC and Portfolio Manager for the firm's Structured Credit strategies. He is responsible for investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital deployment across NGC's structured credit platform. Bruce brings more than two decades of experience in securitization and structured finance, with deep expertise in structured credit investing, capital solutions, syndication, trading, and quantitative analytics.

Prior to joining NGC, Bruce was Co-Founder and Principal of Morningside Credit Partners, where he focused on structured credit investment opportunities and portfolio management. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at South Street Securities, developing innovative non-bank financing solutions for CLOs, bank loan portfolios, and other structured credit assets.

Earlier in his career, Bruce held senior structured credit roles at Morgan Stanley, where he originated, structured, and executed complex securitized credit transactions for institutional clients. He began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co., specializing in CLOs and other structured credit products.

Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
