Vice President

David Chow is a Vice President and Head of CLO Reporting & Analytics at NGC. He leads the firm's CLO reporting and analytics function, overseeing investor reporting, portfolio analytics, performance monitoring, and operational support across NGC's CLO platform. David brings extensive experience in CLO operations, reporting, and structured credit analytics across both traditional and market value CLOs.

Prior to joining NGC in 2017, David was an Assistant Vice President and Reporting Manager for the Bank Loan Group at Cutwater Asset Management, where he managed reporting and analytics for leveraged loan and CLO portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held CLO operations and reporting roles at Apollo Global Management, CIFC Asset Management, and U.S. Bank, supporting the administration, reporting, and analytics of traditional and market value CLO transactions throughout their lifecycle.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management.
