Chief Financial Officer

Justin Banuliski is Chief Financial Officer of Nassau Asset Management. He oversees the firm's investment finance, accounting, operations, and financial reporting functions, supporting the firm's investment platform, fund structures, and operational infrastructure.

Prior to assuming his current role, Justin served as Head of Investment Accounting at Nassau Financial Group before leading the development of the firm's asset management operations platform. In these roles, he was responsible for building scalable operating processes, strengthening financial controls, and supporting the growth of the firm's investment management business. Earlier in his career, Justin was a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where he advised insurance industry clients on accounting, audit, financial reporting, and regulatory matters.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.
