Nicolas Henderson is a Director on NGC’s U.S. Credit Research team. He is responsible for fundamental credit research, issuer analysis, and investment recommendations across leveraged loan and high-yield portfolios, supporting portfolio construction and ongoing credit surveillance.

Prior to joining NGC in 2017, Nicolas was a Vice President at Angel Island Capital, where he focused on high-yield investments within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group at J.P. Morgan, advising corporate clients on capital markets and strategic transactions. He also served as a Credit Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, where he developed a strong foundation in corporate credit underwriting and financial analysis.

Nicolas earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Economy of Industrialized Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a CFA charterholder.
