Vice President

Patrick Terry is a Vice President on NGC’s U.S. Credit Research team. He is responsible for fundamental credit research, issuer analysis, and investment recommendations across leveraged loan and high-yield portfolios, supporting portfolio construction and ongoing credit surveillance.

Prior to joining NGC in 2019, Patrick worked in Leveraged Finance Origination and Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he advised corporate issuers and financial sponsors on debt financing transactions, leveraged loan syndications, and capital markets execution. His experience provides valuable insight into credit underwriting, capital structures, and primary market dynamics.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Economics, and Spanish, with a concentration in International Economics, from the University of Alabama.
