Rebecca McCallum is a Director on NGC’s Business Development and Investor Relations team. She is responsible for institutional business development, investor relations, and client relationship management, supporting the firm's fundraising initiatives and strategic engagement with institutional investors, consultants, and distribution partners.

Prior to joining NGC in 2022, Rebecca held business development and investor relations roles at Varadero Capital, Tricadia Capital Management, and MidOcean Partners, where she supported fundraising, investor communications, and client servicing across a range of alternative credit and private investment strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked in the investment consulting group at Russell Investments, advising institutional clients on investment manager selection and portfolio strategy, and later served as a Business Development Associate at PineBridge Investments, supporting institutional sales and relationship management.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
