Vice President

Satnam Minhas is a Vice President on NGC’s European Credit Research team. He is responsible for fundamental credit research, issuer analysis, and investment recommendations across European leveraged loan, high-yield, and structured credit portfolios, supporting portfolio construction and ongoing credit surveillance.

Prior to joining NGC in 2023, Satnam was an Analyst in Structured Finance at Empowerment IP Capital, where he focused on structured credit investments and securitized products. Previously, he was an Associate at EQT Partners, covering CLO and direct lending strategies across European credit markets. Earlier in his career, he held investment and corporate finance roles at MV Credit and Deloitte, developing experience in leveraged finance, private credit, financial analysis, and corporate advisory.

Satnam earned a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
