Sebastian Restrepo is a Controller and Operations professional at NGC. He oversees the firm's finance, accounting, and operational infrastructure, supporting investment operations, financial reporting, process optimization, and the continued growth of the firm's asset management platform.

Prior to joining NGC, Sebastian was Managing Director of Technology at Tandym Group, where he led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including program management, operational strategy, and technology modernization. Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership roles at IBM, where he was responsible for strategic financial planning, portfolio optimization, and external reporting for the company's global software business. His experience spans finance, operations, technology, and process improvement, providing a strong foundation for building scalable operating infrastructure.

Sebastian earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University at Buffalo.
