Managing Director & Structured Credit Portfolio Manager

Vincent Chan is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for NGC’s Structured Credit strategies. He is responsible for portfolio management, security selection, and relative value analysis across structured credit investments. Vincent has extensive experience investing across CLOs and other structured credit markets, with expertise spanning trading, structuring, portfolio construction, and risk management.

Prior to joining NGC in 2020, Vincent held senior structured credit investment roles at Assurant Investment Management, Gapstone Group, Elliott Management, and Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, he has focused on CLO trading, structuring, and portfolio management, developing deep expertise across primary and secondary structured credit markets and complex securitized products.

Vincent earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
